What are you most happy about with your home?

Stylish Nest wrote a post about going green. Her questions, "Are you trying to go green in your home? Have you found any great sites or products to help you do it?" got me to thinking. There are quite a few things we've done (kept as much as the original
fir flooring, pulled it up, cleaned up the edges and reinstalled it and for the rest we used
bamboo flooring, radiant floor heat, added insulation, and
re-using the old growth fir 2 x 4's we've salvaged from the parts we've demolished). But now I'm thinking more about the choices we've had to make and which ones I am happiest about. The first thing that jumps to my mind that I'm happy about is going with the
radiant floor heating. Not only is it more efficient, but we've eliminated the blowing dust and all the vent work from the forced air furnace. Granted we can't add a whole house air conditioner, but we live in Seattle and I can't imagine that we would ever install one. So if I had to pick one thing that we've done that I am most happy about, that would be the first thing that comes to mind. It's a difficult decision because I love the changes that we've made. What is it that you are most happy about with your home?
