That's been our expression this weekend. It's been a productive weekend & we're finishing up quite a few projects that seem like milestones and are ''huge'' to us. The radiant floor got hooked up on Friday (and it works!), we plumbed in the drain for the kitchen sink and dishwasher, framed in the new coat closet and now we're working on ...

Two long days (12hrs yesterday!) later and we made some definitive progress over the weekend. The tubing for the radiant floor is now complete - we snapped the last loops into their tracks on Saturday and hooked all 6 loops to the manifold on Sunday morning. With that, we were free to begin framing, and we did!

If I post that we'll put the tubing in the QuikTrak tonight, then I am most likely to get everything cleaned up and ready to go.
Then Nick and I can put the tubing in when he gets home from work. All I have to do is put away the miscellaneous tools, clean up the piles of mail and make sure all the dishes are clean and put away. We'll need ...

It only took a few hours on Sunday (it's ''quick'') and now all of the
Quick Track for the radiant floor is laid on the first floor.

One of the major aspects of our remodel is the radiant floor heating we're adding to our 1st and 2nd floors. On the 1st floor we're using a system called Quick Trak, and for the 2nd floor we're using Joist Trak.
